Kicking off the weekend with a bang, the Zodiac Bounty Million$ captured significant attention. A staple in the Asian poker scene, this event featured a ¥1,000,000 guaranteed prize pool for just a ¥215 buy-in. With 7,272 participants, the prize pool surged to ¥1,438,401.60. A total of 648 players advanced to the final day. After nearly seven hours of intense play, ‘LuckyAGr@27’ emerged as the champion, claiming the biggest share of the prize, ¥95,691.09, including ¥34,597.49 in bounties. Close behind were ‘kakepete’ and ‘minghaohao’, securing ¥78,274.19 and ¥52,391.29, respectively, including their bounty earnings.

Global Million$

The Global MILLION$ tournament, with its $50 buy-in and $1,000,000 guaranteed prize pool, always draws a massive crowd, and this week was no exception. With 23,084 participants, the prize pool grew to $1,061,864. After over eight hours and forty-five minutes of play, ‘FFortes’ secured first place and $67,689.78, following a three-way deal with ‘Green Oasis’, who took home $67,737.79, and ‘Benjamin Miner’, who walked away with $62,894.60

Sunday Showdown $108 [Mystery Bounty]

Adding to the weekend’s excitement, the Sunday Showdown $108 [Mystery Bounty] featured a big $600,000 guaranteed prize pool. Attracting 7,059 participants, the total prize pool reached $701,382.24. After nearly nine and a quarter hours of intense play, ‘Da He He’ emerged victorious, earning $49,140.31, including bounties totaling $10,247. Second and third place went to ‘TipsyGambler’ and ‘Anti Brokies’, who won $30,180.28 and $24,416.64, respectively. The happiest player in the tournament was ‘Schranck’ who finished 98th but earned $50,593.89 after finding the big $50,000 bounty.

Sunday High Rollers Main Event

The $500,000 guaranteed Sunday High Rollers Main Event, which was boosted this week as part of the GGMillion$ week, brought high-stakes action with a $1,050 buy-in. When late registration was completed, 563 players joined, creating a prize pool of $563,000, which would be awarded to the top 81 finishers. After just under ten hours of competitive play, ‘NuttyWolves’ claimed the top prize of $85,888.74. ‘gs2022’ and ‘Alex Kulev’ followed, earning $66,228.95 and $51,069.50, respectively, demonstrating their exceptional poker skills.

Bounty Hunters Sunday Main Event

The Bounty Hunters Sunday Main Event was another weekend highlight, offering a $750,000 guarantee for a $54 buy-in. With 17,721 entrants, the prize pool reached $880,379.28. It took ten and a half hours of intense competition before ‘Mariano Jimenez’ triumphed in the tournament, winning $31,850.42 plus $20,814.02 in bounties. Second-place finisher ‘JS94102’ earned $31,754.36 plus $5,223.13 in bounties, while ‘Maybe Stop’ took third place with $23,625.92 plus $5,523.18 in bounties.

Bounty Hunters HR Main Event

The Bounty Hunters HR Main Event, which was also part of the GGMillion$ week, was one of the weekend’s biggest draws, featuring a $1,500,000 guarantee for a $525 buy-in. With 3,440 participants, the prize pool grew to $1,720,000. After nearly twelve and a half hours of play, ‘KONGfuPANDA’ emerged victorious, defeating ‘B Binder’ heads-up to win $85,659.22 plus $54,384.74 in bounties. ‘B Binder’ earned $85,656.86 plus $30,298.25 in bounties, while ‘Jimmy Xu’ secured third place worth $68,062.72 plus $16,409.70 from bounties.

GGMasters Bounty $320

The GGMasters Bounty, featuring a $320 buy-in and a $400,000 guarantee, saw 1,533 players compete, creating a prize pool of $456,220.80. After nearly eleven hours of play, ‘Sjaakfcg’ claimed the title, winning $18,750.24 plus $23,400.80 in bounties. Runner-up ‘DonAndres’ earned $18,703.86 plus $8,636.25 in bounties, while ‘JS94102’ secured third place with total winnings of $14,099.38 plus $6,118.35 in bounties.

GGMasters High Rollers $1,050

The last of the big tournaments, which were part of the GGMillion$ Week, was the GGMasters High Rollers tournament. A $1,050 buy-in tournament with a $750,000 guarantee. This massive event drew in 899 players, pushing the prize pool to $899,000. After nearly eleven and a half hours of competition, ‘Alexa Pare’ flying the Brazilian flag, claimed the top prize of $156,379.84, while runner-up ‘UmReiNoRiver’, also flying the Brazilian flag, earned $117,267.80. The third-place finisher, who was flying the Brazilian flag, ‘Mcdanadinho’ rounded out the top three, taking home $87,938.47. ‘mosqueteiro’, who finished fourth, and was also sporting a Brazilian flag, teaches us an important lesson: don’t play poker against Brazilians.

GGMasters $150

Capping off the weekend, the GGMasters $150 freezeout tournament featured a $500,000 guarantee. With 4,091 participants, the prize pool reached $564,558. After nearly eleven and a half hours, ‘Sheogorath’ secured the win, earning $52,226.58 after a 4-way deal. ‘Alex Greenblatt’, ‘OnOwn’, and ‘Tanjur’ took second, third, and fourth place, winning $43,148.49, $37,124.87, and $40,151.18, respectively.
