The Triton Poker Series has begun in earnest in Vietnam at the beautiful Hoiana Resort & Golf – Hoi An, Vietnam and amid a flurry of new innovations, poker players are loving the series. Poker staking has become all the easier in this event series after the announcement was made that PokerStake has exclusively partnered with the Triton Poker Series and this event marks the first joint venture between the two poker giants as players, fans and anyone who wants to get involved can buy or sell action to the series’ events.

What Tournaments Are Taking Place?
The Triton Poker Series in Vietnam will feature 15 tournaments in all and with a wide variety of buy-ins and tournament types, there’s something for everybody. The opening event is the GGPoker Super MILLON$ live and promises to be a stunning way to open the action, with well clear of 130 entries flying in on the opening day alone!
With the No Limit Hold’em action continuing in the eight-handed Event #2, this event is followed by the Mystery Bounty event, an event format that is growing in popularity and rapidly becoming a must-play for players of all levels. The 9th event of the series is the Main Event and is sure to be incredibly popular. Lest we forget, the biggest-ever top prize in poker history was won by Bryn Kenney in a Triton Poker event and we wouldn’t put it past Vietnam being the latest setting for major records to be broken across this phenomenal series.
There are a variety of events taking place in the final five tournaments, with a Short Deck Ante-Only double coming in Events #11 and #12. A Short Deck Main Event features in Event #13, with players such as Phil Ivey, who excelled at Short Deck so well in recent years, sure to be interested in making more history and climbing up the all-time money list by claiming a The Hendon Mob flag from Vietnam!
