The World Series of Poker has headed to Europe and the Czech-German border town of Rozvadov as a month-long sojourn to Europe looks set to award more gold. With a slew of bracelet events about to take place, four of the world’s finest female players will be looking to win gold as they take their seats in WSOP events in No Limit Hold’em, Pot Limit Omaha and other formats.
You could invest in these titans of the poker felt and take your slice of the pie by backing PokerStake players at the European felt.
Foxen at the Felt
Canada’s Kristen Foxen isn’t just one of the best female players ever to play the game, she’s one of the best poker players of either sex to sit down at the felt. Heading to Rozvadov, Foxen goes there on the back of another consistent PokerGO Poker Masters series where she put herself in many positions to win. Do so in the Czech-German border town of Rozvadov and she could add to her total of four WSOP bracelets in her career so far.
Already selling to Event #8, the €25,000-entry GGMILLION$ Live event and Event #12, the €50,000 buy-in Diamond High Roller, Foxen’s action can be bought at a markup of between 1.02 and 1.10 and is already selling fast, so be sure to buy quick if you want in on Foxen’s action.
With over $700,000 in winnings in the last three months alone and over $8.4m in live career earnings according to The Hendon Mob, Foxen represents one of the biggest threats in these type of events. Her run to the final 13 in this summer’s WSOP Main Event was a thrilling one and it seemed almost everyone apart from the 12 opponents she had left were rooting for ‘Krissie’ to win the world championship.
It didn’t happen, but there’s no reason she can’t get her just reward for a career that has been on the step upward incline for a decade in Rozvadov.
Teusl in Line for a Title?
Austrian player Jessica Teusl is selling action to Events #7, #8, #9, #11 and #13, the €10,000-entry WSOP Europe Main Event. Teusl has a strong record in her native Europe, and with over $764,000 in live earnings, already has a WSOP bracelet her name, as she won the 2022 WSOP Ladies Event for $166,975.
Teusl has cashed 15 times in 2024 alone and with a dozen of those results coming in WSOP events, she has proven that the appeal of World Series vents is huge for a player of her undoubted skills. With deep runs in events such as the $888 Crazy Eights tournament where she won the best part of $50,000 in fifth place, Teusl is very much one to watch in terms of winning a bracelet.
In Rozvadov, Teusl will be playing the WSOPE Main Event, the €1,100 Mystery Bounty event, as well as a Turbo Bounty event and NLHE 6-Max event too. It’s a carefully curated schedule that plays into her hands as a live player will all the acumen and recent experience that put her in pole position to make profit on your investment.
Livschitz and Saliba Offer Early and Late Excitement
Two other female players could put investors in profit at the top and tail of the events in Rozvadov. Brazilian poker professional Vivian Saliba is selling to Event #4, the €2,000 Pot Limit Omaha event and Event #6, the €5,000 PLO event as she looks to put players to the sword in the four-card game.
Saliba is selling to those events at between 1.10 and 1.22 markup, as well as selling to Event #13 – the WSOPE Main Event.
